在薄膜绕制机(图1)上,大型的薄膜卷轴在或正或反地旋转。在薄膜绕制过程中,机械运动必须通过传动电动机的控制技术来进行控制。 
要求获得现有直线和旋转轴的位置,使用绝对值编码器可以精确地测量位置(图2和图3)。


高质量的绕制过程必须基于高精度的定位,尤其在薄膜厚度极小(6 μm)和高速旋转(1000 m/min)时,控制要求更为严格,以保证薄膜绕制过程和卷轴更换的正常进行。
